deGarde Brewery & Taproom

With a passion for the most natural way of brewing beer, deGarde Brewing does not add laboratory cultured yeast to its fermenting process and opts to cool the wort naturally in a coolship. The beer then finishes its own fermentation process in oak barrels, which can take anywhere from six months to five years to complete. This results in a high-quality, natural fruit beer with a mature flavor.

Cape Meares
